Diarrhea occurs when the digestive system is not functioning properly, resulting in frequent loose or watery stools, three or more times a day.
The main causes of diarrhea are viral infections, bacterial infections, consumption of contaminated food and water, anxiety, food intolerances, and intestinal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

11. Bananas

12. Avoid Anything Dairy

There are a lot of people who love dairy food products such as milk, butter and cheese but even though these things taste good, they may have to be avoided during the onset of diarrhea because they might further aggravate people’s condition. This should be avoided further by people who are suffering from lactose intolerance.

13. Rest


This is probably the main thing that people would have to do in order to get cured from diarrhea but because of people’s busy lives, they sometimes forget how to do this. If you would ask a lot of people right now how many hours of sleep they usually get, a lot of people would say that they are not getting enough sleep. Not having enough rest makes the body more susceptible to problems and conditions that might weaken the body overall. Resting is always necessary especially when suffering from diarrhea.
